Rasha is a prominent sound healer, reiki master and traditional authentic yoga teacher. Her kindness and care reflects in every action and interaction she engages in, always working from a space of care, compassion and love towards others.

Zarine is a region’s pioneer in establishing Sound as a vital component of Yoga: Nada Yoga. She has been entrusted with organizing and leading several hundred guided sessions through the past few years: for individuals, groups, yoga centers, retreats, staffs, and students of schools and various corporate brands in the region. She believes that collaboration, not competition is the need of the day.
Zarine is one of Dubai’s leading facilitators for guided sound meditations, space clearings and energy healings. She plays the gongs, singing bowls and other sound instruments during the sessions.
She continues to study the Way of the Gong with the Grand Gong Master, Don Conreaux. She facilitates these sessions all over the UAE and has played in England, France, San Diego, Karachi and Kuwait.

MARIA PAZ JIMENEZ PENA
A traveler & communicator by heart, Pazi is an advocate of lightweight existence (either in movement or in stillness). She has lived and worked in 5 different countries driven by a heartfelt vision of uniting cultures and assisting humanity in the path towards its highest evolution: a state of conscious bliss, peaceful coexistence and inner peace. During the 2 years she has lived in Sri Lanka, she learnt about eastern philosophies, types of meditation and started her journey into Yoga and blogging about inward and outward journeys. Her approach to Yoga is through the path of Bhakti (devotion): gratitude, acceptance and faith are the secret tools that keep her smiling every day.
She teaches a traditional style of Hatha Yoga which she learnt in Shiva Yoga Peeth Rishikesh, India and under the guidance of Yogacharya Sanjay Sir from Himalayan School of Traditional Yoga.

DHRUTI D’SOUZA SHAH
Dhruti Shah is a storyteller, writer – playwright, theater director and an incurable daydreamer wandering freely in the universe of her reveries. She refers to this feeling of uninhibited and surreal travels as “home “. 14-years of exploration in performing arts, movement and literature have led her towards expanding perspectives and awakening participants to evolve into their fullest and unrestrained flow of self-expression. Identifying herself as a facilitator of clairvoyant creative mediums , she uses empowering frameworks and techniques, that marries existential debates with unconventional tools and craftsmanship, leading to experiences that are often profound in presentation and layered in insights. Her approach comprises of a vortex of words, visuals, sounds and physical movements meant to heighten audience engagement, sensitizing them towards otherwise uncharted conversations. She does this by erasing isolation and instead weaves deep connections and integrations, leading people into an inner space of tremendous responsiveness, empathy, and compassion, dissolving limiting boundaries that restrict movement into consciousness.

Karthik started his career as an artist assistance for movie visual effects and turned a yoga teacher from passion. Learned from 3 different teachers and different styles at different times. Strong believer that ‘Knowledge should come from different sources. If it came from the same source, it becomes stiff and stale’.
Karthik aims to focus on health aspects of his students and move towards the spiritual aspects of the yoga practice, preserving the values and essence of classical hatha yoga without distortion from its purpose and incorporating these in every session.
Certified from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Meenakshi Ashram, Madurai. He started his training by learning with Swami Sachithanandha yoga integral style) from a private teacher for 3 years and eventually had an opportunity to practice under the guidance of Sri Sharadh Jois in Mysore. He practices Ashtanga & Hatha yoga every day and teaches classical Hatha yoga focusing on alignment, breath and dristi. Always willing to be a student, he loves to pass on the little knowledge that he gains on his journey in the path of Yoga.
What does Happiness mean: It is our natural state of being. Happiness is an inevitable result when everything is in a state of balance. Body, mind and intellect.
What makes Karthik happy: Sense of being not bound by limits. Either physical, mental or emotional. Coffee almost does the job. Yoga does it better.

Sami is a master at helping people identify their inner superhero by getting crystal clear on their goals, identifying the barriers getting in their way, and creating an action plan to get rid of the “noise” to live a happier life. She use Neuro Linguistic Programming, positive psychology, visualization techniques, and elevation strategies to help her clients tap into their existing superpowers, drive for greater results, and live their life with greater purpose and success.
Sami is a transplant originally from Los Angeles, CA, and has been living in Dubai for 2 years, she has studied and worked in four different continents and speak three languages. She is a UCLA graduate and has a coaching degree through Strategic Interventionist Coach through the official Coach Training School of Anthony Robbins and the Executive and Lifestyle Coach with Certified Coaches Federation (CCF). With her practice in Dubai, UAE, and worldwide, she’s helped her clients create an exceptional quality of life filled with happiness, creativity, and fulfillment.

Sifu Yazdi Daruwalla is the Head Instructor for the Shaolin Wahnam School, in the United Arab Emirates. He started as a student in the Shaolin Wahnam School in 2008, after practicing two years diligently from Grandmaster Wong’s website (www.shaolin.org) and books. Initially he needed to ensure that he would dedicate his time regularly and would do justice to this great art.
He has subsequently attended many courses conducted by Grandmaster Wong in Malaysia. He is now a certified instructor with the Shaolin Wahnam School.
In his thirties and forties, he suffered chronic back pain, was low in energy and morale. By practicing high level Chi Kung, he has overcome his back problems, feels young and energetic.
He has helped students overcome pain, sickness and depression. He is extremely passionate about the Shaolin Arts and devotes his spare time practicing and teaching Chi Kung to others. He strongly believes that by regularly practicing high level Chi Kung, one can alleviate any “so called” incurable illness while achieving good health, vitality and longevity.
